My View On “Dilbert Creator Scott Adams Tries to Build an Eco”
I find it funny that so many folks here are giving Scott grief for shining light on this whole ‘go green environments green’ scam, and his using some humor to do it. This was extremely well done, and even left a little room in the readers mind that perhaps the green movement has some potential down the road.
From where I sit, green manufacturers/contractors/installers are mostly out to stick it to the consumer, and on top of that now want to add a premium just so we consumers can feel good about ourselves for lessening our carbon footprints. Nope, the American consumer is not only wise to these tricks, but also light in the wallet, and tapped out of home equity to give to you robbers. Pawn your wares elsewhere.
